These signs are all over the province right now. There are soooo many jobs available, and it is having an impact on the services we receive! Big stores like Walmart and Tim Hortons have shortened their hours, due to lack of staff. It's crazy, we are booming like crazy, but not enough people are working. So here is a 'wanted' sign I came across today. My settings were 1/500 f/7.1 iso 200 I used Jess's B&W conversion, and cropped it a tad. CC welcome!
To everyone who left comments for me yesterday/today... thank you so much. The CC was helpful, and the nice comments lifted my spirits, so thanx again for visiting my blog, and taking time out of your day to leave me feedback :) Still feeling like I've lost my creativity, but I'm gonna keep at it, taking pictures is what I love to do. Have a great weekend!

cool shot! love your angle. the conversion is great but seems a little dark-could be my screen though. nice to have so many opportunies for employment there!
Great pic. Love the conversion. For something a bit different you could try shooting from down lower to move the sign higher compared to the background. I like the distortion of the sign.
Hey my DH is looking for a job, maybe we should move - not sure how he would go in the snow though.
Nice pic. I would like to see the subject just a bit lighter. It seems a bit too dark compared to the background.
Wow, good to know there are jobs to be had somewhere...
I like the distortion too...good useage of the wide angle.
It looks a tad on the dark side, maybe a contrast boost perhaps?
Good job. No cc from me :)
I can't imagine Wal-Mart with short hours. All of ours (I have 4 within a 15 minute drive of my house) and open 24/7. That's city life I suppose.
Nice picture. I agree it looks a bit dark though.
